Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Pikollo ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

In-App Purchases

The App may offer optional one-time purchases that unlock additional content or features. All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. All sales are final; refund requests are handled by Apple in accordance with their policies. We do not process payments directly and have no access to your payment information.

Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure

Intellectual Property

All content, design, graphics, and code within the App are the property of Pikollo or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our name, logo, or trademarks.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pikollo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the twelve months prior to the claim.

Changes to the App or Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pikollo operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
