Pikollo ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the Pikollo app and how we use it. We keep things simple: we collect as little as possible and never sell your data.

Information We Collect

Pikollo does not require you to create an account. The information we may collect is limited to:

• Usage data — anonymised analytics such as which game modes are used and session frequency. This data cannot be traced back to you personally.
• Crash reports — diagnostic information sent when the app crashes, used solely to fix bugs.
• Purchase information — if you make an in-app purchase, the transaction is processed by Apple. We receive only confirmation that a purchase was made; we never see your payment details.
• Device information — device model, OS version, and language settings, used to ensure the app works correctly on your device.

Information We Do Not Collect

• Your name, email address, or any personally identifiable information
• Location data
• Your contacts or any other data from your device
• Game answers or any content you enter during play

How We Use Your Information

We use the limited data we collect to:

• Improve the app and fix bugs
• Understand which features are most useful
• Verify in-app purchases

Third-Party Services

Pikollo uses the following third-party services, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store — handles all payments and purchase validation.
• Apple analytics — if you have opted in to sharing analytics with app developers in your iOS settings, anonymised usage data may be shared with us via Apple's framework.

We do not use any advertising networks or sell data to third parties.

Data Retention

Anonymised usage and crash data is retained for up to 12 months and then deleted. We do not retain personal data because we do not collect it.

Children's Privacy

Pikollo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect any information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is typically nothing to access, correct, or delete. If you have a concern or request, please contact us at the address below and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
